The River Corridor Greenways Project is aimed at creating a better environment for people living and working in the River Colne area.

How
Environmental quality will be enhanced through a series of smaller projects. These projects are designed to link communities together by creating a network of green spaces and greenways. The network will be used in many different ways for recreation, relaxation, and service use. It will be a safe, healthy and heritage-rich environment.

Where
The five communities are Paddock, Milnsbridge, Lockwood, Longwood and the upper River Colne. The network will stretch across the whole district with links beyond.

When
Over the next three years these smaller projects will all add up to an improved environment for people living in, working in, and visiting the River Colne area.
